The people and places that made Bungonia what it is today
This page provides a list of those service men and women from Bungonia NSW who have been a part of our overseas military personnels. Not all are celebrated in our War Memorial or Gallipoli Grove.
The information on this page comes from the Bungonia War Memorial Book (Bungonia service personnel 1899-1945 : service details and biography of men and women of the Bungonia district, NSW).
This fabulous collection of records and profiles, which created by Gretel Ayre in 2015. It was subsequently edited by Moira McGinity and Diana Moran from the Bungonia and District Historical Society.
The events and included individuals cover the Boer War 1899-1902; World War 1 1914-1918; World War 2 1939-1945. For full information about each individual, you can access the book from the National Library.
